What we collect

When you send the booking form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in, anything you choose to write in the message box, and which page you sent the form from.

Like most websites, we also collect basic technical information as you browse: your approximate location, device and browser, the pages you visit and how you arrived. Our form uses a spam check that looks at how the form was filled in, to stop automated messages.

Why we use it

To reply to you, arrange your visit and answer your questions. To keep a record of your enquiry. To understand which pages bring enquiries, so we can improve the site and measure our advertising.

We do not use your details to send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run parts of this website and our email for us, such as our website host, our email provider, Google (analytics and advertising measurement) and Cloudflare (spam protection). They may only use the information to provide those services.

We never sell your information. We would only share it if the law required us to.

This site uses cookies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also turn off personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep our clinic records. If you would like us to delete your details, call us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 905-597-7546 or ask at the clinic.

In Canada, personal information is covered by PIPEDA. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
